METABUILDING LABS is a five-year Horizon 2020 EU-funded project whose main objectives are to unlock the innovation potential, improve competitiveness and boost market impact of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the European construction sector.

For that reason, an Open Innovation Digital Platform will serve as a Single-Entry Point, giving access to a powerful innovation ecosystem, including more than 100 testing facilities across 12 European countries.

PestNu targets the field -testing and demonstration of digital and space based technologies (DST) and agro-ecological and organic practices (AOP) under a systemic approach to reduce the pesticides and fertilisers use, and loss of nutrients. The consortium brings novel DST including: AI robotic traps for real time pest monitoring; Autonomous mobile robots for pesticide monitoring and 3D spot spraying; Earth Observation missions with robust Agroradar AI algorithms to map soil/plant nutrients and pest plant inputs using Copernicus data/services; and in-situ and real-time nutrient analysers.

The objective of the Walloon Export Agency (AWEX), Business France (BF) and Basque Trade and Investment (BTI) is to create a consortium to support European SME’s to participate in public procurement in Colombia, Canada, Switzerland and Ukraine. Thereby fostering SMEs growth and global competitiveness, which are key to achieving European overall objectives.

GreenOffshoreTech aims to support innovation in SMEs and fostering the development of the emerging Blue Economy industries by enabling the emergence of new cross-sectorial and cross-border value chains based on shared challenges and the deployment of key enabling technologies. This will result from the translation of advanced technologies among 8 sectors with strong synergies: offshore wind energy, offshore aquaculture, offshore oil and gas, waterborne transport, advanced materials, advanced manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and environmental technologies.
