South Poland Cleantech Cluster is a collaborative “quadruple helix” cluster established by industry, research institutions/universities, public/semi-state players and NGOs in the region of Southern Poland with a vision to create jobs, commercializing new technologies, promoting entrepreneurship, supporting the creation of start-ups, stimulating access to risk capital for early-stage enterprises and unlocking trade opportunities, through activation and development of an internationally recognized cleantech cluster.

SPCleantech connects through the process of matchmaking companies with complementary R&D, technology or business strengths, that aim to explore opportunities for mutually beneficial R&D collaboration and business partnerships.

SPCleantech is working actively to cooperate with international expertise and networks promoting a change towards more open, networked and international ways of organizing innovation processes in fighting and mitigating global climate changes.

Our strategy for today’s major global challenges is that only a combination of technologies and working partnerships of expertise, including integrated water systems, renewable energy, intelligent grids, smart city solutions and waste treatment systems can deliver sustainable, multi-sectoral solutions.
