The Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC) is a non-governmental (non-profit) non-profit organization aiming at supporting the construction sector in Poland by promoting and implementing the triple responsibility principle: environmental, social and economic. Our goal is to develop the process of designing, building and using buildings with elements of sustainable development, so that it would benefit both their residents, the environment and all participants of the construction process.

PLGBC's tasks include providing leadership, contributing to raising awareness, providing information and facilitating access to knowledge about green building and strengthening the foundations of sustainable construction in Poland. PLGBC is an advocate of creating an environmentally-oriented construction policy, combining the voices of professionals, organizations and companies interested in sustainable development. We believe that our efforts will facilitate the transformation of the building zone into one that is effective, energy-efficient and environmentally responsible. We are going to set up a coalition that will involve the public and private sectors, with a common goal to improve the living conditions of the country's inhabitants through a positive impact and implementation of the triple responsibility principle.
