xBUILD-EU dissemination results of the its second impact assessment

The impact assessment survey was conducted towards the end of the project to evaluate participants' satisfaction with the services and communication provided after the implementation of xBUILD-EU activities. More importantly, it aimed to understand how the project influenced participants’ awareness of resilience opportunities, innovation, digital and green transformation, and internationalisation.

Most survey respondents were Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), giving us valuable insight into the main audience of the project and helping us adapt future initiatives to better meet their needs.

Cluster networks were the primary channel through which participants learned about the project, over 71% cited this source. In contrast, only 5% found out about xBUILD-EU via LinkedIn, and none through X (Twitter), indicating that clusters remain the most effective communication tool, while social media had limited impact.

Among project activities, workshops were rated the most impactful (58%), closely followed by webinars (56%) and market studies (42%). Financial support tools also drew strong interest, 61.5% of respondents engaged with the Innovate voucher scheme, and 50% with the Digital & Green voucher.

Overall, 60% of respondents were satisfied with the support provided by their cluster organisations.

Beyond measuring satisfaction, the survey serves as a roadmap for future improvements, helping ensure that services are more tailored, impactful, and aligned with participants' needs.
