For Water Management and in order to reduce water consumption and the ratio of water/L wine, they have adopted several water monitoring and saving practices:
Installation of water meters in various areas of the winery and vineyard.
Use of pressure guns on hoses.

KEY RESULTS
- Installing meters allows for monitoring and measuring water consumption in different areas of the winery and vineyard. This monitoring helps to quickly identify leaks or unusual water consumption so that action can be taken as soon as possible.
- Using pressure guns on hoses helps reduce the water flow consumed by increasing pressure. This optimizes usage time and reduces water consumption.
- Irrigation audits provide a detailed analysis of all irrigation systems used in the winery facilities. This helps identify inefficiencies, such as broken heads, misplaced sprinklers, and inappropriate types of sprinklers.
- Raising awareness and training staff helps to reduce overall water consumption in the winery by promoting appropriate water use across its different areas.
