The Silesian Aviation Cluster participated in the "Horizon Scanning" training, conducted as part of the IDEALIST project. This project aims to strengthen the position of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in three key industrial ecosystems: aviation and defense, energy, and mobility, transport, and automotive.

The training was workshop-based and involved team collaboration, led by 4CF The Futures Literacy Company. Horizon Scanning is a crucial process that involves the systematic analysis of potential trends and future changes, enabling organizations to anticipate and prepare for upcoming challenges.

The IDEALIST project involves a total of 14 partners, including:

We focused on developing advanced forecasting skills that are essential for identifying future trends and proactively responding to upcoming challenges.
