The SILEO Eurocluster project is co-financed by the Single Market Programme (SMP/COSME Pillar) of the European Union. Its primary mission is to support European lighting and furniture SMEs in navigating market and industrial challenges, enhancing their resilience against future shocks, and ensuring they are better prepared for disruptions in supply and value chains. Additionally, the project promotes sustainable business operations and fosters stronger connections between SMEs and industrial and advanced technology ecosystems.

Deliverable 5.1 outlines the design and implementation of a comprehensive training programme aimed at enhancing the skills of cluster managers to better support SMEs in their transition towards digital and sustainable business models. The programme addresses advanced technologies, materials, and sustainability, complemented by a local "Train-the-Trainers" scheme to enable widespread dissemination and practical application.
